Delaware SB190 amends Title 3 of the Delaware Code to require notice to the Delaware Farm Bureau for leasing state-owned agricultural land. This notice must be provided when the state or a political subdivision seeks bids for either short-term or long-term leases. The notice requirement does not apply to lease renewals where the tenant remains the same. This notice is in addition to any other required under state or local law.
