Delaware SB178 amends Title 16 of the Delaware Code to prohibit the use of polystyrene foam food service packaging in Level IV and Level V Department of Correction facilities. Effective July 1, 2025, food establishments are not allowed to provide ready-to-eat food in polystyrene foam packaging. This restriction does not apply to certain exceptions as outlined in the bill.
