The bill amends Delaware Code to revise the Council on Services for Aging and Adults with Physical Disabilities. The Council, which serves in an advisory capacity to the Director of the Division of Services for Aging and Adults with Physical Disabilities, consists of 15 members appointed by the Governor for terms of up to 3 years. Members' terms are staggered so that no more than 7 members' terms expire in any given year.
