SB158 amends Title 10 of the Delaware Code by updating the qualifications for members of the Delaware State Fire Commission. Specifically, it requires that a CISM team member be specially trained to provide support to first responders involved in critical incidents. Additionally, it mandates that these team members meet the requirements of a nationally-accredited critical incident stress management organization recognized by the Police Officer Standards and Training Commission.
