Delaware SB14 proposes an amendment to the Delaware Constitution to establish an Independent Redistricting Commission.

Delaware SB14 proposes an amendment to the Delaware Constitution to establish an Independent Redistricting Commission. This commission will be responsible for creating redistricting plans for Representative and Senatorial districts following each decennial federal census. The commission will consist of five members selected based on geographic diversity and political affiliation. The commission will also establish Advisory Committees to provide recommendations and ensure the process is fair and equitable.
