Delaware SB130 amends Title 7 to regulate the sale of expanded polystyrene foam products. The bill restricts retail stores and wholesalers from selling expanded polystyrene foam food service packaging, loose fill packaging, coolers, and other products, except for certain exemptions. These exemptions include portion cups of 2 ounces or less used for hot foods or foods requiring lids, meat and fish trays for raw or butchered meat, fish, and poultry, expanded polystyrene foam coolers used to ship food that requires cold storage, and any food product pre-packaged by the manufacturer with expanded.
