The bill amends Title 24 of the Delaware Code to update the qualifications for licensure as a Licensed Dietitian/Nutritionist. It specifies that applicants who graduated on or after January 1, 2024, must have a minimum of a master’s degree from a U.S. regionally accredited college or university. Those who graduated before this date must have a baccalaureate degree and at least 10 years of work experience in the field of nutrition.
