Amends Delaware House rules to change how bills are placed on the agenda.
This bill amends Rule 10 of the Rules of the House of Representatives of the 153rd General Assembly of Delaware. It replaces the existing rule with a new one that specifies the Speaker sets the Agenda and places items on it. The bill also allows the Prime Sponsor to place a House bill or resolution on the agenda, and the Floor Manager to place a Senate bill or resolution on the agenda. The Floor Manager is defined as the House member listed first to the right of the word "SPONSOR" on the first page of a bill or resolution.
