This group will explore the feasibility of creating a Housing Opportunity and Poverty Elimination (HOPE) Court Program in collaboration with state agencies and community organizations. The Working Group will provide recommendations for statewide implementation. The group will include representatives from New Castle County, Kent County, Sussex County, community-based service providers, and an individual with lived experience of homelessness and involvement with the criminal justice system.
