The Delaware House Concurrent Resolution 122 establishes the Early Childhood Education Solutions Task Force to study and recommend a model for universal public pre-K offered to all 3- and 4-year-olds in Delaware by 2035. The Task Force will also explore new and existing revenue sources to fund the program. The Task Force will be comprised of members from the House and Senate, state officials, and representatives from childcare facilities, parents, and education associations.
