Delaware HB95 amends the Delaware Code to require authorization from the Delaware Attorney General for disclosing student records to immigration.

Delaware HB95 amends the Delaware Code to tighten restrictions on the disclosure of student records to immigration enforcement agencies. Schools, the Department of Education, and other operators must obtain authorization from the Delaware Attorney General before disclosing student records to immigration enforcement agencies, unless the disclosure is pursuant to a judicial warrant.
