The Delaware HB455 amends Title 21 of the Delaware Code to allow the Division of Motor Vehicles to issue special Preservation Delaware, Inc. license plates for private passenger vehicles. The Division must receive at least 200 applications for the plate. The design must be submitted by Preservation Delaware, Inc. and approved by the Division, with certain restrictions on color and wording. A 1-time administrative fee of $50 is required for the initial application, in addition to the annual registration fee.
