Delaware HB426 modifies Title 30 of the Delaware Code concerning state aid to municipalities for street improvements. Those receiving more than $50,000 but not more than $200,000 will receive two equal installments, one in August and the other in January. Municipalities receiving over $200,000 will be paid in four equal installments, one each in August, October, January, and April.
