Delaware HB413 amends Title 21 of the Delaware Code to allow the use of green revolving or flashing lights on vehicles such as motor vehicles, truck tractors, OHVs, farm tractors, and specialized construction equipment. These lights can be used if the vehicle is used by a fire department or police department, designated as an emergency vehicle by the Secretary of the Department of Safety and Homeland Security, or is snow removal equipment owned and operated by the State or a municipality.
