Delaware HB413 amends Title 21 of the Delaware Code to specify when vehicles such as motor vehicles, truck tractors, OHVs, farm tractors, or specialized construction equipment can use a green revolving or flashing light. These lights can only be used when the vehicle is in service at an accident, fire, or disaster scene, is designated as an emergency vehicle by the Secretary of the Department of Safety and Homeland Security, or is snow removal equipment used during cold weather operations.
