Allows licensed horse racetracks to sell alcohol for on-premises consumption until 2:00 a.m. daily.
Delaware HB398 amends Title 4 of the Delaware Code to allow entities holding a license as a horse racetrack to sell alcoholic liquor for on-premises consumption until 2:00 a.m. every day. This change does not require these licensees to be open on Sundays, Thanksgiving, Easter, or Christmas. Previously, sales were restricted between 1:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m., with municipalities able to set earlier closing times through ordinances.
