Adjusts the number of Justice of the Peace Courts and their locations in Delaware.

This bill amends Title 10 of the Delaware Code to adjust the number of Justice of the Peace Courts in each county and their locations. It reduces the number of courts in New Castle County from 29 to 27, in Kent County from 13 to 16, and in Sussex County from 19 to 18.
