Amends Title 6 of the Delaware Code to redefine "place of public accommodation" and update definitions.

Delaware HB37 amends Title 6 of the Delaware Code to redefine "place of public accommodation" to include establishments that cater to the general public, state agencies, local agencies, public libraries, and state-funded agencies. It excludes the sale or rental of houses, housing units, apartments, rooming houses, or other dwellings, and tourist dwellings. The bill also updates the definition of "person" to include sole proprietorships, limited liability companies, trusts, governmental bodies, and any other legal, commercial, or government entity.
