After a report is filed, it must be published on the Department's website and marked as "Submitted but Not Reviewed." If no violations are found, the report is marked as "Reviewed and Final." If violations are found, the Department works with the candidate to correct them. Once corrected, the report is marked as "Reviewed and Final." This applies to reports submitted after March 1, 2026.
