Delaware HB27 amends the Delaware Anti-trafficking Action Council's operations, including executive director appointment, meeting frequency, quorum.

Delaware HB27 amends Title 11 of the Delaware Code to update the operations of the Delaware Anti-trafficking Action Council. The Council will appoint an Executive Director, who will serve at the pleasure of a quorum majority of the Council. The Council will meet at least four times per year, with thirteen members constituting a quorum. The Executive Director will employ staff and contract for services within available funding. The Council must report on state funding expenditures at each meeting and in its annual report. Virtual meetings are permitted with certain conditions.
