Delaware HB250 amends the Delaware Code to allow vehicle owners to apply for a special Delaware 250 license plate commemorating the 250th anniversary of the Declaration of Independence. The Division of Motor Vehicles will issue the plate if at least 200 applications are received. The plate is available for private passenger vehicles and certain trailers with a gross vehicle weight rating of 26,000 pounds or less, excluding those registered under the International Registration Plan.
