The bill amends Title 19 of the Delaware Code concerning the Family and Medical Leave Insurance Program. It specifies that employers with 10 to 24 employees during the previous 12 months must comply only with parental leave provisions. Employers with 25 or more employees must adhere to parental, family caregiving, and medical leave provisions. The definition of "employer" is also adjusted to include employer client companies entering into agreements with professional employer organizations.
