Delaware HB172 amends Title 4 of the Delaware Code to modify the Delaware Marijuana Control Act. It requires background checks for directors, officers, board members, agents, and individuals with a 10% or greater ownership interest in licensed marijuana establishments or applicants for such licenses. The State Bureau of Identification must provide relevant information to the Division upon completion of these checks.
