This bill amends Title 24 of the Delaware Code to modify the composition and quorum requirements of the Manufactured Home Installation Board. The Board's membership is reduced from nine to five members, appointed by the Governor and consisting of two licensed manufactured home installers, two certified inspectors, one retailer representative, one professional engineer, and two public members. The quorum for the Board is now a majority of its members, and disciplinary actions require the affirmative vote of at least three members.
