Delaware HB123 amends Title 11 to prohibit discharging a firearm at dwellings, places of worship, vehicles, or businesses.

Delaware HB123 amends Title 11 of the Delaware Code to make it unlawful to knowingly or intentionally discharge a firearm at a dwelling, place of worship, vehicle, or place of business. A violation is a class E felony. The bill also specifies that a person cannot be convicted of both a violation of this section and reckless endangering in the first or second degree for the same conduct.
