The Delaware HB110 amends the Delaware Marijuana Control Act to revise background check requirements and grounds for refusal of a marijuana establishment license. It mandates that applicants for a marijuana establishment license, employees, directors, officers, board members, agents, and individuals with a 10% or more ownership interest must undergo a background check. The State Bureau of Identification must forward the results to the Division of Alcohol and Tobacco Enforcement.
