Delaware HB103 amends Title 12 and Title 13 of the Delaware Code to modify rules on decedents' estates and fiduciary relations. The bill allows trusts without identifiable beneficiaries to remain valid and clarifies the role of enforcers in such trusts. It also modifies the definition of "marital property" and the conditions under which a trust can be modified or settled without beneficiary consent. The changes apply to trusts created at any time.
