Colorado SB136 amends existing law to require the State Board of Stock Inspection Commissioners and the Division of Brand Inspection in the Department of Agriculture to receive reports of lost or stolen livestock. The Board, in consultation with the Division, must adopt rules to establish policies and procedures that facilitate coordination with law enforcement and livestock owners. The Division must review and approve any proposed rules before the Board adopts them.
