Complete·5/29/26

Colorado SB114 amends spirituous liquor manufacturer licensing to allow sales and tastings at up to two additional sales room locations.

Colorado SB114 amends the licensing rules for spirituous liquor manufacturers to allow them to conduct tastings and sell their own spirituous liquors at their licensed premises and at up to two additional approved sales room locations. The bill also allows manufacturers to use common alcohol modifiers, such as vermouth, amaros, and liqueurs, to create cocktails for consumption on or off the premises. Manufacturers can apply for a permit to serve and sell alcohol beverages acquired from wholesalers, subject to local licensing authority review and state licensing authority approval.
