Colorado SB076 modifies the requirements for CPA certification by introducing three new educational pathways. These pathways include: obtaining a baccalaureate degree, completing two years of work experience, and passing the CPA exam; obtaining a baccalaureate degree, completing 30 additional semester hours, one year of work experience, and passing the CPA exam; and obtaining a post-baccalaureate degree, one year of work experience, and passing the CPA exam.
