Colorado HCR1004 seeks to amend the state constitution by adding the right to direct the upbringing, education, and care of one's children to the list of inalienable rights. This resolution, if passed, would appear on the November 3, 2026, ballot for voters to decide. If approved by at least 55% of the voters, the amendment would become part of the Colorado Constitution.
