HB1411 changes health insurance benefits for certain low-income individuals in Colorado who are ineligible for medical assistance due to their immigration status. Beginning January 1, 2027, children under 19 years old with family household income not exceeding 260% of the federal poverty line and ineligible for medical assistance due to immigration status are not eligible for home- and community-based services, community first choice, long-term home health, private duty nursing, hospice, or managed care services.
