Repeals the county administration funding model and reduces appropriations for the 2026-27 fiscal year.

This bill repeals the county administration funding model for public and medical assistance programs in Colorado. It eliminates the requirement for the state department to annually update and submit the results of the funding model to the joint budget committee, the department of health care policy and financing, and county departments. The bill also reduces appropriations for the 2026-27 fiscal year to the department of human services and the department of health care policy and financing.
