Colorado HB1373 sets monthly subsidy payment limits for adoption and relative guardianship assistance programs, effective July 1, 2026.

Colorado HB1373 modifies the monthly subsidy payment reimbursement limits for the adoption assistance program and the relative guardianship assistance program. For the adoption assistance program, monthly subsidy payments must not exceed: (a) fifty percent of foster care rates for youth under nine years old; (b) fifty-five percent of foster care rates for youth nine years old or older but under fourteen years old; and (c) sixty percent of foster care rates for youth fourteen years old or older.
