Colorado HB1372 amends existing law to extend the spending requirements for the Auraria Higher Education Center through July 1, 2027. The Auraria Higher Education Center must manage all resources related to general assembly appropriations for operational costs as agreed upon by the constituent institutions in baseline service level agreements. The center must also establish fee structures for services not already provided for in the baseline service level agreements. The bill repeals these requirements effective July 1, 2027.
