Colorado HB1330 modifies the operational parameters of entertainment districts by removing the requirement that such districts be no larger than 100 acres and reducing the minimum square footage requirement for licensed premises from 20,000 square feet to 5,000 square feet. The bill also allows local licensing authorities to establish the days and hours of operation for the entertainment district and for licensees within it.
