Colorado HB1071 allows local governments to use automated vehicle identification systems on interstate highways.

Colorado HB1071 amends existing law to allow local governments to use automated vehicle identification systems on interstate highways. Currently, only the state can use these systems on interstate highways, but local governments are prohibited from doing so.
