Colorado HB1055 creates the My Colorado Card Pilot Program in the Department of Public Health and Environment. The program aims to improve youth mental health outcomes by providing access to cultural, arts, recreational, or extracurricular facilities. The Department must develop a physical or digital My Colorado Card for participating youth. The Department will select pilot communities representing urban, rural, and rural reservation areas. Selected communities will appoint coordination teams to support youth participation.
