These include those under the authority of the Department of Financial Protection and Innovation, as well as those licensed as escrow agents, finance lenders, brokers, program administrators, mortgage loan originators, broker-dealers, investment advisers, residential mortgage lenders, mortgage servicers, check sellers, bill payers, proraters, and capital access companies.
