Assembly Constitutional Amendment No. 21 instructs the Secretary of State to withdraw Assembly Constitutional Amendment No. 13 of the 2023–24 Regular Session from the November 3, 2026, statewide general election. Previously, ACA 13 was required to be submitted to voters, but this new measure changes that directive. The resolution was passed by the Legislature with a two-thirds majority in both houses.
