California AB907 amends Section 39512.5 of the Health and Safety Code to revise compensation for members of the State Air Resources Board. Members appointed from specific districts will be reimbursed by their respective districts for expenses incurred in performing their duties. Members from districts not specifically named will be reimbursed by the state board. All members will receive a salary specified in Section 11564 of the Government Code, paid by the state board.
