California AB688, known as the Telehealth for All Act of 2025, requires the State Department of Health Care Services to produce publicly available Medi-Cal telehealth utilization reports starting in 2028 and every two years thereafter. The reports will analyze Medi-Cal data and other data sources, focusing on metrics like telehealth visits per 100,000 Medi-Cal member months, telehealth visits of specialty and nonspecialty mental health services, and outpatient dental services.
