California AB2751 amends the Business and Professions Code to allow adults to import reasonable amounts of alcoholic beverages for personal or household use. This includes up to six liters of alcohol brought into the state by an adult from outside the United States. These imports are exempt from state licensing restrictions. The bill also exempts certain military personnel serving outside the United States from state import restrictions.
