Establishes the Wildfire Forecast and Threat Intelligence Integration Center to analyze and share wildfire threat data.

California AB2473 creates the Wildfire Forecast and Threat Intelligence Integration Center, led by the Office of Emergency Services and the Department of Forestry and Fire Protection. The Center's mission is to collect, assess, and analyze fire weather data and other threat indicators to reduce wildfire incidents. It will share intelligence products with government decisionmakers, coordinate with federal, state, and local agencies, and develop a statewide wildfire forecast. The Center will also recommend whether to proclaim a state or local emergency based on extreme fire weather forecasts.
