California AB2212 requires California Community Colleges, California State University, and private postsecondary institutions receiving state aid to annually train students on sexual violence and harassment starting September 1, 2024. The University of California is requested to do the same. Training topics include causes, prevention measures, campus and community resources, peer support, and consequences of sexual violence and harassment. Institutions must also post educational information on their websites.
