California AB2080 amends the Government Code to allow county boards of supervisors to delegate to county treasurers the authority to invest or reinvest county funds and other depositors' funds in the county treasury. The bill also incorporates amendments to Sections 27000.1 and 53600.5 of the Government Code proposed by both this bill and Senate Bill 1438.
