Establishes a funding account for Napa County Farmworker Centers to support housing for migrant and nonmigrant farmworkers.

The bill establishes the Napa County Farmworker Centers Account, administered by the Department of Housing and Community Development, to provide up to $500,000 annually in matching funds to the Napa County Housing Authority. This funding supports the financing, maintenance, and operation of farmworker centers for year-round use by farmworkers. The Napa County Housing Authority must match the state funds with local funds and demonstrate its capability to serve farmworkers and maintain the centers in a safe and sanitary condition for at least 25 years.
