It specifies that such maps are not required if the land before division contains less than five acres, each parcel abuts a maintained public street or highway, and no dedications or improvements are needed. Additionally, it exempts parcels of 20 acres or more with approved access to a public street or highway. The bill also excludes industrial, commercial, or mixed-use developments with approved access to a public street or highway.
