It prohibits consumer credit reporting agencies from including certain information in credit reports, such as bankruptcies older than 10 years, suits and judgments older than seven years, unlawful detainer actions unless the lessor was the prevailing party, and medical debt. Additionally, it prohibits the sale of property damaged by wildfires from being used as a negative factor in credit decisions.
