Allows search warrants for stolen or embezzled property currency, including fiat currency or cryptocurrency.

This bill would allow a search warrant for stolen or embezzled property currency, as specified, to include an order for such property currency to be returned to a lawful owner identified in the warrant, if the warrant also includes all of the following: (A) A requirement that the person from whom the property currency is taken, or their legal representative, be served with a copy of the warrant, either by personal service or by other means reasonably calculated to ensure notice.
