Arkansas HR1010 would prohibit the use of computers and software from covered foreign entities in digital asset mining.

Arkansas HR1010 aims to amend state law to prohibit digital asset mining businesses and miners from using computers manufactured or assembled by covered foreign entities, as well as software developed by such entities. A covered foreign entity is defined as an individual, government, or party listed on the U.S. Commerce Department's Consolidated Screening List or Entity List, domiciled in China or Russia, or under the influence of or control by the Chinese or Russian government.
